donor on tf2 problems

Just wondering if any one could help, im a donor on tf2 but cant get a game as it says the server is full. and kicks me when i do get a game

If someone could sort this out it would be appreciated

u'll need too give us ur donor details... i.e steam id and address u donated from

Are you using the GUI mod?

I don`t use a mod or something (sorry I`m a noob )

I start the game in the steam Programm (My games) and try to connect but although my donate it is not possible for me to connect to the server (81.19.219.83:27050) when 24 slot are taken.

Where could be my mistake?

You must either install our custom GUI (menu), with direct links to our servers, or connect to the server by writing connect 81.19.219.83:27050 in console (or other server ip addresses, to get in even if it's full). The easiest way is to follow the instructions below.

Im not sure now, yesterday it seems it was STEAM_1:1:19716015 and now it seems to be
STEAM_0:1:19716015 and the ranking even show me twice. I have'nt a clue what's going on im a noob when it comes to computers,so have'nt changed anything help!!!

Just tried a couple of other servers and yep my reserved slot did work - Only Lazy and I think Dustbowl didn't. It's no problem though, I'll wait for the map change Thanks G

Having problems with my reserve slot again shows ingame adverts ect says servers is full.

I re-donated on 2/08 3 days before old reserve slot expired dont know if that whats caused the problem, would appreciate it if an admin could sort this out for me.
