Hi

I've been playing on your Low grav Killbox server KBH2 for some time now.

Just a few things that you could adjust to make it a bit better. IMHO.

1. Increase the auto respawn time a little. At the moment it's almost immediate. If I want a quick slurp of Tea or to adjust my speaker volume or scratch my arse, I end up getting killed 5 times due to quick respawn. I know I could go to spectate but another 5 secs on auto respawn time would be good.

2. Server is often full so you have to wait to get in but also there are often players who have been logged on for hours/days taking up slots and not playing. Can you set an Inactivity timeout to auto kick Inactive players.

3. Server is supposed to support 16 players but once beyond about 12 players it gets very Laggy (almost unplayable sometimes) Maybe you could limit it to 12 - 14 player (despite paying the host for 16) Or poke the host with a sharp stick and ask them why it's not really capable of running 16 players?

Thank you for your suggestions we shall take them into consideration and look at what we can do to the server. Sadly our HL2DM servers are a little neglected but once again thank you for taking the time to suggest ways to improve our servers :)

As Sly says thanks for your comments and we'll look into it.
I did also think the respawn timer was a bit on the quick side as you say, no time to do anything inbetween really, even type a message.
As for the server being too full, I'll try to see when we can get an autokicker on there.
The server does seem to lag very slightly sometimes for me. But how often was it for you and were others saying it was lagging too? as it may just be clientside. Normally everything is fine my end.

I don't think it is Clientside as I have played on other servers with 16 players and don't get any problems.

I have seen quite a few mentioning lag, but many seem to just leave and then come back when there are fewer players.

Might try and get on myself for a while when its got a few in and then when full to see what happens.
