How did you find our servers?

To eloborate... I used to play on the OC and UKCS... one day they were full and did a search for a low ping server... found GTFO, joined and never looked back.

i like single map servers as a rule, (i hate it when your just getting into a map and it switches.. not so much these days but when i first started dod)

i used to play krypton originaly, then UKCS Kalt only when they first released the map, but when they swapped that back to rotation i found GTFO Donner... got to know a few of the regs/members and stuck with from then on

This is typical me....

I bought Dods thinking it was another WWII FPS game with levels / missions etc, I know I never read the instructions, that's why I'm on my second marraige as well.

Anyhow mad as it seems when I figured out it was an online only game, I looked for a server and saw the "Killercreation" naming in the GTFO servers, that caught my eye and I started to play on the servers.

What made me keep coming back to GTFO was the banter on the server, and yes I was being a rank whore so playing on the same servers all the time allowed me to judge how well or crap I was doing.

The rest is history, the lads took this old time gamer under their hairy armpit........yuk, we really do need to get some girls into the clan so I can nestle under an ample bosom...

I used to play on Multiplay.co.uk and Wireplay servers (shite btw) and one day they were full. I filtered the server browser for a low ping server, found the 2fort one and joined. Went back to CS 1.6 for a while then I looked through my server history. Googled a forum and violÃ¡.

I was on the lookout for a clan to join, preferably one that wasn't so competitive that it was like boot camp. Like others, I set out to look for a low-ping UK server and, clarinet, I found GTFO. I've been here ever since, worrying people.

randomly joined....

Played krypton donner then they suddenly aqquired admins who were all immature children and fucked up with the server settings, so i left. And stumbled on GTFO.

Then randomly applied to join the clan a few months later

Plus one vote for Randomly seeing the server, i also like Single map servers, and the GTFO Gaming stands out tbh, having it in my favs, just made it quicker to join ext ext.

I was surprised that even though i aint played dods in 8 mounths or so, GTFO Avalaunch only was still in my favs, joined up, join GTFO 'Never looked back'

After playing randomly for a few months, I found myself gravitating towards GTFO servers when I had a few options... Now my favourites list is all your TF2 servers and nothing else. Superb stuff, appreciate all your efforts.

I've been playing Team Fortress 2 for about 1 month now and I have to say that I absolutely love it. My favourite server is the GTFO server which has Lazytown Nitetime. I love the pace of the map and how frantic it can get. I also think that it can be improved maybe without having quick respawns because most of the time the game can go on for hours and hours. I played one game and scored almost a thousand points. Maybe get rid of critical damage because crit rockets get on my nerves. Anyway just wanted to say that GTFO are the best and I'll be playing on your servers for a very long time..

Do you realise what would happen if we got rid of quick respawns? Half the players would go into shock or withdrawal in seconds. I'd be chewing the walls and demanding to be let back in again!

I installed TF2 a couple of weeks ago (been out of gaming for a year or two now), ordered the servers from fullest first, scrolled down until I found one with a couple of spaces and a low ping. Did this a few times then noticed in my history that 3 of the 6 were GTFO servers.

Had a good couple of games alongside GTFO Snuggles and one or two others and decided to check out the website. Spied the donate to reserve feature and donated. I now have repetitive strain syndrome in my hand ya bams!

I remember those games. Several good rounds on #6 in the early hours of the morning. Me screaming and spamming down the mic as usual probably.

Yeah although I only went medic because I sucked so badly at sniper! I thought the team work was good those nights and it does help when you have one or two on TS to organise the troops but you'll know the meaning of spamming if I ever set up my mic!! Think a courser version of the demoman. :lol:

I saw that GTFOGaming has many servers, low ping and went to play there, I enjoyed in server thanks to fast re-spawn and when I later started to check site out, I eventually started to like GTFOGaming servers even more.

totally by random. Initially I used servers that wouldnt allow uploads and sprays (after playing on servers with voodoo models). Then UKCS (look, we've all played there at least once, admit it) then found GTFO. I think I remember an admin kicking a player for spam mic which sold me instantly, active admins = good games. Pretty much been here since. Not really been in the forums as it didnt occur to me to check for one. Since I saw the adverts for reserved slots I came looking to donate.

hi all

first post btw (just joined a few mins ago)

i installed my Hl2:Ep1 pack, finished game in one day and wanted to give MP a try,
i was searchin' for some low-pings servers, i filtered my server list, and saw your name there...
i thought like "should i give it a try?" and i answered back to myself with one word "Yes!"
double clicked on server, it downloaded required files, and game started...
i played and played! i was in 1st place in about 90 mins, with around 150 frags...
it was my first time and i was playing much more better than i should...
and now, i don't think to change servers...

Well for me at the beginnings with TF2 I was just searching for servers with lowest ping and players playing. I've joined GTFO once, then second time and it has stayed in my mind:D After few times it has landed in favorites ;]

I was a UKCS:Er.. And been it way to long.. I got sickened of UKCS Donner server.. So.. I went on searching for servers.. Found GTFO.. Played.. Stayed.. Now this weekend Ive also tried out the TF2 Servers.. Gr8 stuff also :] also I.. happily lived after that..
