tested this shit for like a week ...itz just a placebo.
it's an old BF2 command line that doesn't work on bc2, there was a post on ea forum back in the day and it was confirmed that is just a placebo

well, the weap is 1 shot 1 kill... and him shooting dead on on the other guy.... and if he only changed that value for the actual ping to the server
