Why isn't my reserved slot working?
If you have recently donated (within the last hour or so) your reserved slot might not have been added to the servers yet. The reserved slots refresh on map change so some waiting may be required. For our servers which run one map continuously you will have to wait considerably longer for the map to rotate (Lazytown for example). Servers which do not rotate or reload the map at all (badwater for example) will only reload the reserved slot list when the restart (~5am every day). If your reserved slot is still not working (and you've tried a server which has definitely changed maps since you donated) make a post in this forum so your slot can be checked by one of the members, it's likely you've entered some information wrong.
