While we appreciate the effort taken to make this post, it isn't particularly helpful.

In future, please include a demo or screenshot or some sort of explanation of what's wrong (a "messeer" ??). The name of the player would also be helpful, as would their steam ID. Please refer to this thread: How to report problematic players

In the event an admin cant join immediately at least with some evidence a ban can be made at a later time.
