Yea but there was only a £10 difference between the logitech one i was looking at and the razor.
I also got mine on Amazon on saved like £40

The Razer Megalodon is a virtual 7.1 surround sound headset connected via USB and is using a digital sound processing unit. This unit is like a sound card that is on board the Razer Megalodon control unit and takes over the virtualization of the surround sound. As long as your source audio is 5.1 or 7.1 the Razer Megalodon will reproduce virtual surround sound, no surround sound card needed. If your game does not output surround sound you can still use the Razer Megalodon in 2.0 Stereo mode.
