TF2 and HL2DM problems

Faults:
- HL2DM #1 is currently stuck on stock map rotation and needs to be back on killbox_final.
- Lazytowns AFK kicker doesn't seem to be doing the job atm, as moggy asked me to come in and kick someone who had been there 30 minutes.

Changes:
- Would be nice to have stock map rotation on the fortress server including the fortress map, as it never really fills with just being a fortress map server.
