Waiting for reserve slot since 27th and emailed before

Hi there - I have paid for a reserved slot on the 27th of August,
emailed again (to admin@gtfogaming.com) on the 29th and am still waiting for a response to go on my fave server today (2nd Sept 22:32)

I have just pm'd GTFO.G to follow this up as I saw he had a couple of threads regarding donations.

Is this the way to go ? Dying for a game on the 32 player quick respawn #01 server as a Heavy after working hard all week !

p.s. Will my 3 month reserve slot start from day it gets activated, not 27th August ?

There's been a problem with our reserved slots since the last update, I'm unsure whether this has been resolved yet. However I'm sure there would be no problem with extending your slot since this has been an issue on our end, that's all the info I can provide. Paging either lucky or G to this thread
